Short Bio.
Dr. Fethi Filali is the Director of Technology & Research at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC), specializing in the use of advanced technologies like predictive and generative artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and geospatial data analytics to drive strategic and data-driven product development. His innovations have significantly impacted sectors such as smart cities and connected mobility contributing to QMIC's products with a commercial impact in the multi-million dollar range.
Dr. Filali holds a Ph.D and Habilitation in Computer Science from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France. Recognized with over 20 awards for his work, he has also mentored ten Ph.D students and co-authored over 150 published research papers and more than 10 patents.
